If a van is ever off the road for more than 2 hours, Northgate offers a replacement. If the vehicle is ordered from the manufacturer, then it offers a lead-in vehicle until it arrives – and there is the benefit of having semi cap fitted to suit customer requirements and paying for it upfront or spread over the term of the hire – whether that is branding and livery, racking or chapter 8 requirements.
If needs evolve, the vehicle can be changed once during the hire term without penalty, and as an existing customer, Northgate can add additional vehicles to the fleet for short or medium term usage.
