Northgate has also continued to evolve how it provides service reviews for customers, with unique review packs supplied to all existing clients during their review meetings with our accounts team.
These packs offer improved transparency and display all transactional and charging data, so customers can stay on top of their spending. They also highlight where they could benefit from additional products and services in the future.
Customers can also free up capital by selling owned vehicles to us at a fair market rate. We will also sell client’s vehicles on their behalf. This service enables clients to select new fit for purpose vehicles from any of our range of options.
