The line-up is offered with a simple choice of trims designed to make things straightforward for customers. On the New Combo and New Vivaro, two generously equipped specification levels – Prime and Pro – are available from launch, ensuring that the differences between individual variants are easy to understand.
The new Vauxhall Movano, with its diverse range of body styles, up to 17m3 of cargo volume and a payload of up to two tonnes, is the largest LCV from the British brand has always been impressive. The Stellantis e-LCV Grant offers customers a £2,500 incentive on small and medium electric vans, including the Vauxhall Combo Electric and Vauxhall Vivaro Electric. This is on top of the existing government grant for electric vans, worth up to £5,000.

Movano-e is Vauxhall’s first large Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) to be available as a fully electric variant. It delivers a cargo volume of up to 17m3, while its zero-emission powertrain offers up to 139 miles of range (WLTP). The Combo-e builds on the diesel Combo’s success, which was named 2019 International Van of the Year. With a 50kWh battery providing a range of 171 miles (WLTP) combined with a load volume of 4.4m3, the Combo-e is a practical, compact electric van suitable for both businesses and private users.
Vauxhall will supply Mitie with 655 Vivaro-e vans for use by frontline engineers while Riverford, a Devon-based organic fruit and vegetable box supplier, aims to turn 100% of its national fleet electric by the end of 2025, with the arrival of 10 zero emissions Vivaro-e vans estimated to help save more than 68 tonnes of CO2 per year.
Stellantis, the joint PSA and Fiat Chrysler Group, has announced the next step in its aim to become a zero-emissions car company. The new model will be based on the platform currently used by the Citroen e-Dispatch, Peugeot e-Expert and Vauxhall Vivaro-e and using a new hydrogen cell system.
As part of its commitment to become a net zero organisation, Centrica, owner of British Gas, has committed electrify its 12,000 strong operational fleet by 2025, five years earlier than originally planned and will be making further orders with Vauxhall for electric vehicles as soon as they are available.
Featuring a 100kW (136hp) electric motor and 50kW battery, the new Combo-e supports up to 100kW rapid charging with an 80% charge completed in 30 minutes. Longer, L2H1 variants of the Combo-e feature a maximum load volume of 4.4m3 and a maximum load length of up to 3,440mm.
Vauxhall, Opel, Peugeot and Citroën, will complete their line-ups next year with all-electric versions of their compact van (B-Van) and associated passenger cars.
